DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last Updated: September 20261. Policy Statement
testiptv.shop respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we have implemented procedures for receiving and responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement. We also comply with the safe harbor provisions for online service providers.
This page outlines the process for submitting a copyright infringement notification, as well as the procedure for filing a counter-notice if you believe your content was removed in error.
2. Designated Agent
Our designated agent for receiving DMCA notifications (the "Designated Agent") is:
- Name: Copyright Compliance Officer
- Email: [email protected]
- Postal Address: IPTV Stream Holdings Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom
- WhatsApp (for general queries): Contact Support
All DMCA notifications must be sent to the Designated Agent using the contact information above. Notifications sent to other addresses may experience delays.
3. Notification of Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used on the testiptv.shop Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification that includes the following elements, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., channel name, stream URL, or specific content identifier).
- Contact information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an email address, telephone number, or mailing address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please send the completed notification to our Designated Agent at the email or postal address provided above. We will process valid notices promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe intellectual property rights, whether or not there is repeat infringement.
5. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. The counter-notice must be a written communication addressed to our Designated Agent and must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of that person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice from the complainant that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within ten (10) business days, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it. The restoration will occur within a reasonable timeframe after the ten-day period.
6. Safe Harbor Compliance
testiptv.shop is committed to complying with the DMCA safe harbor provisions for online service providers. We do not control or monitor the content uploaded by third parties, but we respond promptly to valid infringement notices. We have no actual knowledge of infringing material on our platform, and we are not aware of any facts or circumstances that would make infringing activity apparent, except as notified through the proper DMCA process.
We maintain a publicly accessible policy for handling copyright infringement claims and provide a designated agent as required by law. We also accommodate standard technical measures used to identify and protect copyrighted works, to the extent we are able.
7. Important Notes
- False Claims: Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or that it was removed by mistake may be liable for damages, including court costs and attorneys' fees. Please ensure your claims are accurate and made in good faith.
