3. Notification of Infringement

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward a copy to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice from the complainant that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within ten (10) business days, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it. The restoration will occur within a reasonable timeframe after the ten-day period.
